Cannot print due to incorrect spool settings.
Cause:
The spool settings for the network printer are incorrect.
Solution:
Change the printer spool settings to print directly to the printer or disable bi-directional support.
1) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

3) Click 'Details' tab.
4) Click 'Spool Settings...'.
5) Click 'Print Directly to the Printer'.
6) (Optional) If 'Bidirectional for this printer' options are not grayed out, click 'Disable bi-directional support for this printer'.
NOTE: Not all printers have this option.
7) Click 'OK'.
8) Click 'Apply'.
9) Click the 'General' tab.
10) Click 'Print Test Page'. (Wait for the prompt stating the print job has printed.)
